This is a technique that requires patience, but worth trying.
Step one: Stamp the image twice, once on the paper you choose as the background and one on card stock you will be using as the base.
Step two: Cut out image stamped onto the background. Start by cutting into the image itself and cutting it out. Do not cut into paper intended for the background.
Step three: When you are done cutting, you should have a perfect shape of the image outline cutout.
Step four: Color you image that is stamped on the card stock before adhering the negative mask on top.
For a bright and colorful effect use H2o's or any bright coloring product.
Step five: Layer cut out negative mask over colored image with glue.
