This is a simple tag to make. The base of die cut #8 manila tag was inked with Antique Linen, next place diamond or harlequin stencil over the tag still using Antique Linen distress ink with foam applicator.
Die cut Tim Holtz wreath with green card stock. Red card stock dots were made with tiny paper punch. Same red card stock was used to die cut bow. Die cut strip die using Joy to the world and painted red with distress paint. While wet I added a little bit of glitter to finish this tag.
